Global Domain Registration
Weiyunteng handles global domain registration and multi-suffix planning for brands entering overseas markets, delivered as a target-market domain list registered in bulk.
Secure the brand's domain entrances in one pass
Built for brands going global, trading companies and teams preparing an independent storefront. Domains look cheap and the mistakes are expensive: registered under a personal account, only the primary suffix bought, DNS split across several providers, renewal forgotten until the redemption period. We occupy the positions that matter once, and hand control back to the company.
What we deliver
- Global suffix registration: mainstream country-code and generic suffixes registered in bulk.
- Bulk lookup and price comparison: availability and first-year plus renewal pricing checked across suffixes in one pass.
- WHOIS privacy: registrant details hidden to reduce spam and squatting.
- SSL certificates: DV, OV or EV configured to the business need, with expiry reminders.
- Buy-back and redemption: negotiation support when a name has already been taken.

Common suffixes and their use (prices move over time; the consultant's quotation governs)
| Suffix | Typical use | Brand protection priority |
|---|---|---|
| .com | Primary site, globally understood | Highest |
| .cn / .com.cn | Mainland entity and ICP filing | High |
| Country suffixes (.de/.jp/.id and similar) | Local market trust | By target market |
| .co / .shop / .store | E-commerce and short names | Medium, anti-imitation |
How we work
- Brand word review (1 working day): list the core words, variants and common misspellings.
- Availability check (1–2 working days): a registrable list with budget.
- Bulk registration (1–3 working days): one registrant entity, transfer lock enabled.
- DNS and handover (1 working day): DNS templates configured, account control returned to you.
When this fits
① The brand has started to grow and an imitation site appears; ② domains sit in a departed employee's personal account; ③ multi-market storefronts need the local suffix.
Global domain registration: common questions
Q: Are domains registered under your name or ours?
A: Always under your company. We handle operations and reminders; account control can stay with you.
Q: What if the name is already taken?
A: First we check whether the holder is genuinely using it, then weigh a buy-back against a dispute procedure. The cost differs sharply, so we give the assessment first.
Q: Is a lapsed renewal recoverable?
A: Within the redemption period it can still be recovered at a premium, and the longer it lapses the higher the cost, which is why we remind you sixty days ahead.
Send us the brand name and we will produce an availability list first — speak to a consultant.
Q: Which suffixes should a brand register?
A: The primary domain plus the suffixes common in your target markets. Cover the main sales markets first and fill in the rest progressively; register common misspellings alongside.
Q: Can a squatted domain be recovered?
A: It depends on registration date and trademark rights. Where you hold the matching trademark, some suffixes allow a dispute procedure; the earlier you plan, the lower the cost.
Q: Should domains and trademarks be handled together?
A: Yes. The trademark is the legal basis and the domain is the access point; missing either leaves room for others, so checking trademark status first is safer.
Q: Which suffixes are supported?
A: Mainstream international and country-code suffixes are covered; the full list is given in the proposal.
Q: Can a domain be transferred from another registrar?
A: Yes — domains can be transferred in with DNS records kept unchanged during the move.
Q: Is privacy protection included?
A: WHOIS privacy is available; whether it is on by default follows the registry rules.
Q: What happens if we forget to renew?
A: Several reminders are sent before expiry; after expiry a redemption period applies, with fees set by the registry.
Q: Does this relate to ICP filing?
A: Domain registration and ICP filing are separate; filing requirements depend on the data center and access method and are confirmed before access.
